USER’S GUIDE
Whatever you prefer is how it should be done. You want to drink PERSPEKTIVE chilled? Go for it. You want to drink it just a bit warmer? Go for it. Shake it or not? Same. Whatever you prefer is key! Please know that all flavours develop beautifully when the lees got a good shakeup. In case you don’t want any deposit in your glass, don’t shake, open the bottle carefully and pour your glass gently. Give it some air, if the nose shows some reduction

CHARDONNAY (2 plots, planted 1965 & 2017) WEISSBURGUNDER (1 plot, planted 2005) total size 0.81 hectare
VINIFICATION
4 hours maceration. directly pressed. juice went straight into Barriques (225L). natural fermentation. no temperature control at any stage of winemaking. No air-condition in the cellar. occasional batonnage. The wines matured on gross lees for 10 months without any additives, without fining and without filtration. Various barrels blended together 1 day before bottling.

LABEL: for vintages 2017 + 2018 we still used our beloved the birds /swallows label. In our country these are a symbol for true luck. When we started our wine adventure back in 2011 we needed a lot of luck. The style in general is a bit retro and shall remind you of Burgenland labels of the 1950s.
