
Our family has been making natural wine for more than 500 years and now it is our turn to continue with this tradition. We are guided by our forefather’s knowledge – the craftsmanship of making ensouled natural wine, that clearly reflects the energy and honesty of our family’s land. In 2011 we took over the existing vineyards from Alexander’s parents, with a clear vision on our minds:

VINEYARDS – handcraft & biodiversity
Farming brings a lot of responsibility. We are aware of that and treat our land with a lot of respect and care. We focus on Rudolf Steiner’s biodynamic principles and make every effort to provide our vineyards with what they need. Never to lose sight of the holistic approach.
We do everything by ourselves. Every single working step is made by us personally, with a little of our three sons and enthusiastic volunteers for harvest.

CELLAR – tradition & patience
Our cellar is pretty basic, without fancy machines. To us, this is key for having authentic wines that shine in the their genuine beauty.
We believe in natural fermentation without any additives and without temperature control. no fining and no filtration.
the wines are given the time they need to live up to their potential.
each wine has a story. each wine has its vibe. each wine is exactly how it wants to be. first and foremost – an honest expression of the soil.
